I was surprised that so many big firms are the customers of ERP programs. I thought big firms have original management systems, but most of them outsource the programing process, and they use programs that ERP programmers made.

Seven Eleven, Audi, coca-cora, and IBM belong to totally different industries, but they use same management system. It told me that how the program is solid and useful.
